Museal brooch or hat pin in silver by Theodor Fahrner. A brooch with a similar motif was created by Georg Jensen in Copenhagen, the design was adopted by Theodor Fahrner around 1900. The bird motif as such was produced in different variations and materials over decades. This is the rare variation in oxidised silver with genuine coral circa 1900/10. Pin catch on the back. Condition very good with patina. Absolutely museum and collectible!
