Square pill box made of solid gilded 925/- silver in Art Nouveau style. Wall and framing of the lid decorated with plastic floral depiction. In the hinged lid finely hand-painted enamel with a virgin's profile. Design unknown, attr.: Josef Maria Auchentaller (Vienna 1865- 1949 Grado). Marks not legible, probably Italy. In clean original condition - great patina, without repairs. Collectible.
