Wonderful antique victorian basket with rose decor! High foot, chalice-shaped body and a high, hinged handle. The whole body is open worked and rich decorated with rocailles, shells, lattices, arches, roses and baskets with bows. Marked, maker not known, made in Germany, about 1900. Conditon very good, slightly patina, due to the age.
