Beautifully shaped "cold duck" from the late Art Deco period. Huge volume of 2.8 liters for ice-cold juices or water. Pear-shaped glass body in lead crystal with fruit and star cut. Clear colored glass. Silver-plated mount; Hinged lid with colored Bakelite button. Spout with removable sieve, inner lid for removing the glass inner insert for ice. Attached handle with thumb rest in lacquered beech wood with an angular cross-section. Made around 1930/40. Excellent condition, complete and no chips. Secondary painting on the handle.
