Antique silver flat and hollow ware from our stock

A set of six gorgeous antique dessert spoons from the end of the 19th century. Gold plated bowls and leaf-shaped, open worked handles with abstract floral decor. Marked, made probably by Bruckmann & Söhne in Heilbronn/Germany, about 1888. The spoons are marked partly with 12 (Lot) and partly with 800 silver. This shows, that they were created about the year 1880, when in Germany the national mark and the decimal silver mark become compulsory, so that spoons from the same set have different marks. Very interesting historical detail! Very good condition!
