Richly decorated wine bottle holder from Portugal around 1940. Flat base and richly openworked cylindrical wall. The wall decoration consists of lavishly twisted vine tendrils with vine leaves and grapes. Inside insert of marbled plastic. Marked, made in Portugal in the Topazio silverware factory around 1940.
