Very nice and affordable medallion in sterling silver with adjustable chain in silver. The heart-shaped medallion can be opened and has been additionally decorated with a crown. The medallion is set with numerous amethysts, marcasites and small river pearls. The chain is closed with a spring washer. Excellent condition.
