Magnificent pendant in Fabergé style. Exceptional pendant in a plastic heart shape in silver. Body in purple enamel, on top of it a crown, set with rubies and lapis lazuli. The pendant can be opened via a hinge below the crown, so that mysterious ingredients can be introduced here. In addition, the pendant was decorated with pearls and marcasites. Marked 925, manufacturer unknown.
