Pretty Biedermeier stick brooch in solid silver. In the centre a transverse oval medallion in deep blue guilloché enamel, on top a stylised blossom set with marcasites. Around it a wreath with openwork leaves and blossoms, also set with marcasites. The bars were made plain. Pin catch on the back. Unmarked, made around 1830. Tested to silver 800/-. Condition very good with patina.
