Jakob Grimminger worked as a silversmith and artisan in Schwäbisch Gmünd from 1893-1939.
Beautiful milk jug from the Art Nouveau period. Only a few objects can document German silversmithing from the turn of the century in this form. Elaborate, manual drive, gold-plated inside. Marked, Jakob Grimminger, silver 800 / - around 1900. Condition very good.
