Antique cigarette case from Vienna court. Rectangular shape with rounded corners, with two hinged parts. Surface partly smooth, partly decorated with stripes. In one corner a coat of arms under crown, with a jumping greyhound on blue underground. Inside gopl plated, with inscription: "Seiner Majestät der Oberhofmundschenk" ("For his majesty from the major royal court cup-bearer"). Marked, silver hallmark from the years 1872-1922, master mark probably L.S. On the rim engraved: "L. Schuh Nachf. Wien". Vienna, around 1900.
