Massive silver mug, decorated with coins. Cylindrical body, standing on three lions, wide opening. Domed hinged lid with sitting lion on hinge. Curved handle. Under the opening and on the lid wide leaf frieze. Body and lid decorated with coin medallions in decorative mountings, jungster coin dated 1966. This mug is a replica, made by the german firm Rastal in the 1970ies. Rastal made some small series of replicas in silver and ceramic, based on his own collection of original antique vessels. The original mark is remowed. Condition: slightly patina.
