Conical foot, egg-shaped body, high domed stackable lid with wide rim, perforated surface and finial. Body and lid decorated with ribbing resp. rocailles and leaves. In the middle of decoration a rocaille framed field, one with engraving: hand holding a scallop. Shape and decor are slightly varying. Different marks: A made by unknown master in London, dated 1872, B made by Josiah Williams & Co. George Maudsley Jackson in London, in 1895.
