Nice and wonderful hand painted footed bowl. The base is composed from a piece of lawn, with white flowers and red strawberries. The shaft has the form of a putte, with small wings and violet pareo, which is holding with both hands a cornucopia. Over the cornucopia is a rich open worked, basket shaped bowl, which is rich decorated with white flowers and red strawberries. Made in the porcelain manufactory Porzellanmanufaktur C.G. Schierholz & Sohn in Plaue/Thuringia/Germany, about 1880, marked. Petals on the bowl body partly broken.
