Wonderful Art Nouveau brooch from Scandinavia. Oval, slightly domed shape with a beautiful oval green agate cabochon in bezel setting. The stone is surrounded by abstract leaves and bulging parts and a pearls frieze. Back side with needle closure. Detailed and masterly done repoussé work. Marked, master mark not known, created in Denmark or Norway, about 1900.
