Beautiful set from the 1930s, consisting of three salt or spice bowls: two smaller and one larger. Oval basic forms, silver settings with rocaille feet, walls decorated with rocailles and blossoms, rocaille handles. Inserts of transparent, intact glass. Marked in Vercelli/Italy, with the maker's mark of Vittorio Portaneri, circa 1935. Condition very good with age appropriate patina, glass inserts undamaged, no chips.
