A beautiful Biedermeier teapot from around 1820. A rising oval base with acanthus relief and softly curved contours with floral relief friezes on the body. Recessed hinged lid with moulded knob. Ebonised wooden handle. The base of the stand slightly deformed on the back (see photo). MZ: Johann Heinrich Lorenz Kleucker, inspection: Lüneburg, 1st half of the 19th century, cf. Rosenberg, No. 3290, p. 288. Condition very good, absolutely museum and collectible!
