Antique silver from our inventory
Pill boxes were initially simple, small boxes made of wood or sheet metal, in which a stock of tablets could be transported hygienically and safely against loss. Later, works of art from silver and goldsmithing can be documented for this. The shapes could be round, oval, heart-shaped or square.
Pretty box with rose and relief decor from Art Nouveau. Round shape with cylindrical wall and hinge cover. Lid richly decorated with rose relief. A relief made of flower tendrils all around the wall. Gilded inside. Created around 1900.
