Splendid ladies' ring in yellow gold with a huge synthetic sapphire. The highly oval, intensely luminous cornelian blue stone features rich faceting; it was mounted in a bezel setting on the ring head and finished with a trim in white gold. A magnificent masterpiece of the 1950s. Without master mark, maker unknown. Condition excellent!
