Every special dish needs special cutlery. Special lobster cutlery is needed to eat lobster: lobster tongs to break up trays and very narrow forks, so-called lobster forks, to remove the meat from the scissors and legs.
A nice set of 12 lobster forks, worked in 800 / silver. They have a geometric grip end and a flat Nodus with uplifted, plastically shaped lobsters. These give the forks a three-dimensional design. The set of 12 lobster forks was made in the first half of the 20th century by the silversmith Peter Bruckmann & Söhne, Heilbronn.
