Large, antique tray on volute feet from the era of George III of England, manufactured in 1805. Rectangular tray with rounded corners, engraved in the center with a wreath of flowers, floral motifs and rocailles, set off with a piked border. Engraved on the edge with fruits and grape leaves, set off with a cord edge. Smooth base on volute feet. Maker's mark AR for Ann Robertson, Newcastle 1805. Very good condition, patina consistent with age. Museum quality, worth collecting!
