Beautiful bonbonniére from the late 19th century from Germany. Oval body on four feets, with rich open worked walls, two handles and a stackable lid with knob. The decoration follow the historicism style, using especially antique renaissance elements: lattice, winged puttos heads, griphons, fruit garlands, pearl and acanthus friezes. Inside a blue glass removable inlay with optical ribbed walls. Marked, made in the famous german manufactory of WMF, appr. 1880.
