Precious huge locket medallion from the victorian epoch! Shield-shaped body, on the front side decorated with open worked band made from scrolled tendrils and filled with eight round old cut diamonds in square bezel settings. Back side without decor. Chain eye decorated with spiral scrolled elements. Hinged lid. Inside place for two pictures behind two frames with glass front. Very massive! Created about 1860. Excellent condition!
