Antique silver ware from our stockRare and precious tilting (tea) pot from massive silver in the shape of Dresden barocque. The three-pieces-set is composed from a tea pot, a frame and a removable heater. The pot is heavy bulging; with high foot, gadrooned walls and a domed hinged lid with high knob. The isolated handle is hinged, the spout is elegant curved. On the lower part of the wall are mounted pins, two on each side. The frame is made from curved pipes and flat spherical foots. The heater has a handle with ebony wood inlay. All elements are made from massive silver and marked. Made by Marten Heinrich Hansen in Kiel/Germany, about 1900. The manufactory Hansen was founded in 1814 and is managed today by the fifth generation. In 1888 Marten Heinrich Hansen became Court Jeweller of the German Emperor William II. Condition: slightly patina and slightly signs of use, but stil very good!
