Gorgeous and rare antique egg coddler (boiler resp. warmer) from the end of the 19th century. Egg-shaped body with high knob (upper half as a lid), three curved feets. Under the body is mounted a holder for the removable heater unit. Inside is a removable holder for four eggs. Marked, made by Benetfink & Co in Cheapside/England, end of the 19th century. Very good condition!
