Beautiful and elegant Art Nouveau brooch. The central bow motif is surrounded by geometrican and meander elements, filled with small river pearls and enamel. In the center is an oval onyx cabochon, on a blue basse taille enamel underground. Dangling baroque pearl and a needle closure on the back. Marked, but without manufacturer mark. Made in Pforzheim/Germany, about 1910.

Design and manufacturing attributed to Levinger & Bissinger in Pforzheim. From 1904 the designer Karl Bissinger and the jewelry distributor Emil Levinger starting creating together high quality silver and gold ware.

Very good condition.
