Open worked, three-pieced body, composed from bars, bows, stylized leaves and stones: pink tourmaline, round and drop-shaped, and light colored pearls. The brooch was worn on the stomacher, in the centre and just under the brest. The movable elements should increase the sparkling of the precious stones. Back side with needle, the closure seems to be renewed in the 19th or early 20th century. Back side of the brooch is gold plated. Created about 1770. Very good condition.
