Beautiful shaped jam glass from the late Art Deco period. Bulging body with two handles, cut decor and star on the bottom. Lid with opening for the spoon and ring-shaped knob. Spoon with spherical finial and flat, wide bowl. Marked, made for Army & Navy Cooperative Society Ltd in London, dated 1929. The department store group was a society for military officers. Excellent condition!
