Beautiful, small tobacco box with interesting details. The hand-painted box is made of porcelain and was probably made in France in the 19th century, or in Paris or Sévres. The antique piece has been signed by hand, as you can see from the picture.

The beautiful box has an oval, flat shape with bronze mounting and a small hinge in the shape of a flying dove. The lid is decorated at the ends with light blue, fan-shaped decoration in light relief. Between them in the centre of the lid is a polychrome painting in the form of two crossed trumpets and a drum surrounded by roses, branches and rocailles.
