Wonderful and unique brooch with hand carved coral. The oval coral piece has the form of an open worked, lilly-shaped flower, surrounded by tendrils and leaves. Between them are mounted three diamonds in prong settings. This composition is mounted in a filigree gold frame, created in form of a wreath with tendrils and gorgeous delicate leaves. Extraordinairy hand work, made probably in Italy.
