Wonderful geometrical brooch from the Art Deco epoch. Octagonal shape, in the centre a square blue stone in bezel setting, surrounded by a wide frame with scrolled filigree wires. The rim is decorated with red and blue enamel stripes and torqued wire. Back side with safety needle closure. Marked, made by the jewelry manufactory of Robert Merath in Ulm/Germany. The manufactory was founded in 1875 and is still working today, creating high quality jewelry. Early jewelry pieces are rare, so that we are very proud to present this item to our customers! Excellent condition!
