Antique brooch/pendant with a precious cameo. The oval cameo is cut in a carnelian stone. It shows a portrait of a young lady with rich hair and a wide dress. Very detailed! Bezel setting, decorated with a twisted wire. Back side with a needle closure and a chain loop. Made about 1900. Condition: slightly damage on setting, but still excellent!
