Beautiful hand carved cameo with a charming portrait of a lady with dress and well made hair. The cameo is carved in shell. The mounting is made in sterling silver. On the back side is a needle closure and a chain loop, so that the cameo can be worn twice: as a pendant or as a brooch. Very good condition!
