Extraordinary solid silver tea caddy from 1899. Octagonal basic shape in the style of a Chinese pagoda from the creative fashion trend of the time. Elaborate hand engraving, gold-plated inside. Manufactured in the silver manufactory Edward Barnard & Sons Ltd, London 1899. Condition very good considering its age.
