Antique gravy boat in solid silver 950/-
Magnificent sauce boat from the Neo-Classical period by Jean Baptiste Francois, Paris circa 1880! Oval, multi-curved collecting plate with recessed mirror and matching curved flag with relief rim. The gravy boat with oval foot is screw mounted on top, the bulging wall, two extended spouts and two geometric handles with acanthus leaf attachments. Rims with relief rim. Hallmarked, made by Jean Baptiste Francois, Paris circa 1880 and Minerva mark for silver 950/1000. Condition: excellent, light patina!
