Pat Cheney studied fine arts at Falmouth College of Art in Scotland. In 1976 he opened the Pat Cheney Jewelery.

An exceptional pendant and brooch made of Scottish silver and enamel from the 1980s - in great condition with a beautiful, detailed Art Nouveau design. Marked with P.P.C for Pat Cheney and Scottish Hallmarks.
