Asprey London was founded in 1781 by William Asprey. After its beginnings, the company moved to its current location on Bond Street in London. Even today, skilled craftspeople in their workshops produce artefacts that a demanding clientele cherishes for a lifetime. These true masters of their craft are the creative soul of the luxury goods of Asprey. They work with the best materials in the world and create creations that are desirable and unobtrusive, exclusive and unique.
The guilloche is a special pattern, an ornament of several interwoven and overlapping lines. Covered with transparent enamel, this decor was used in cans, jewelry, mugs, pocket watch lids and cutlery.
