From our inventory antique jewelery for ladies
The amber has been used as jewelry for centuries. Especially in the Scandinavian countries the milky-cloudy, yellowish stones are considered a special rarity. The Butterscotch amber is one of these. He owes his name to his butter or caramel-like coloring.
In this beautiful brooch, a larger amber has been processed. Due to the cut, the inclusions are particularly beautiful. The delicate frame in silver encloses the amber harmoniously. The production took place around 1950. Unmarked.
