Question about item

A unique ladies' ring in the shape of 3 blossoms from the 1970/80s. Three sparkling brilliant-cut diamonds with a total weight of 0.6 carats are flanked by rubies, emeralds and sapphires, each forming a blossom. The gemstones are set in a basket of 750/- yellow gold, which adds fuel to the fire of the stones in the light. A hand-forged ring rail in the course completes the extraordinary composition. To prevent the ring from tipping over, an additional clasp has been worked into the rail. Unknown goldsmith's work. Excellent condition!
