Question about item

Very beautiful small plate (bread or fruit plate) with hand-painted floral motif. Low stand ring, recessed mirror, almost horizontal flag with profiled, wavy rim. In the mirror the depiction of a hedge rose in pink and several yellow blossoms, flag with three scattered flowers. Marked, made in the porcelain manufactory Meissen, 1924-34, two grinding marks over mark. Condition excellent.
