In the 1960s and 70s, jewellery pieces were created that were far removed from classical jewellery taste: unusual forms, located between abstraction and nature, between architecture and art. The artists experimented with casting, rough surface structures and symmetry. Collected and coveted today, they still retain their unique charisma.
Abstract bangle by an unknown silversmith from the modernist period. Irregular, rough surface and symmetry as a casting in the lost wax process. Unknown designer circa 1960/70. Hardly legible incised mark 925. Condition very good! Natural patina, collectible.
