These interesting ear studs were probably influenced by the creations of the Finnish sculptor Björn Weckström. In contrast to Weckström's rock-like designs, however, the surface is soft, flowing like waves - melted and solidified, like a lava flow of pure gold....

Extraordinary unique ear studs from an unknown goldsmith's workshop. Abstract, cast form with partially polished and matt surfaces, set with a peridot in a bezel setting. Pure handwork. Excellent condition.
