Vintage ring in 333/- gold and moonstone
Moonstone is used exclusively as a gemstone. It is usually cut into a cabochon, as this form best brings out the brilliance caused by its lamellar structure. Besides rare white moonstones, blue and green specimens are also found.
Exceptional ring from the 1950s. On the ring rail, which is reinforced in the course and at the shoulders, a high-oval, beautifully shimmering moonstone in a bezel setting adorns a bowl-shaped setting. Very comfortable to wear!
