From our inventory antique silver
Beautiful, round powder box made of silver with a floral decor. The round body can be perfectly opened and closed by a hinge. Inside is a mirror in excellent condition, both a separator for storing a powder sponge.
The powder box dates from 1953. It was made in England, Birmingham. On the silver work one finds a gilding in rosé, which depicts a small floral bouquet. In addition to the numerous silver hallmarks, the lid of the box has a strip profiling, the floor a filigree check pattern. The edge of the box is additionally decorated with small tendrils.
