Beautiful openwork pastry tongs from the Art Nouveau period
Beautiful openwork pastry tongs from the Art Nouveau period. Decorated handles, pliers cheeks richly pierced and decorated with a smoking soldier, roses and rocaille. Marked, manufacturer difficult to read, probably Altensteiger cutlery factory Karl Kaltenbach (1845-1924), around 1900. Condition excellent.
