From our inventory antique silver
Powder cans belonged from 1900 in the purse of every woman who knew how to make-up. Special and expensive works were made in silver. Today, the demand for well-preserved antique objects is great. Particularly rare are powder cans that are enameled.
This powder box in silver was additionally covered with a purple to lilac guilloché enamel. The top and bottom of the box is so richly decorated, inside it is gilded. Excellent handwork.
Marked with 935, manufacturer unknown, probably Germany or Austria.
