Breathtaking beautiful brooch from the Art Nouveau period! Soft weaving shape with heavy open worked body, decorated with symmetrical composed wine leaves and tendrils. In the centre a stylized wine grape with oval chrysoprase cabochons. On the grape hanging a bigger chrysoprase cabochon. The stones have bezel settings. Excellent mastership! Back side with needle closure. Marked, unknown Master mark "JW", made in Pforzheim, the centre of German jewelry industry, between 1920 and 1940 - the only time, when in Germany was produced jewelry in 935 silver content - close to the manufactory of Theodor Fahrner. Condition original. slightly patina only.
