Question about item

A pair of rare, gilded snuff boxes in various sizes in solid silver from the Art Deco period. Cylindrical, gilded corpi with domed lids, inside with cork inlay. Bayonet closure. The "twist-on tops" are finely hand-engraved with the monogram "E de L" or "L de E". Made and marked by Asprey & Co, London 1924. Condition excellent collectible!
