Floral jewelry has always been in the favor of the ladies. Especially in Art Nouveau and Art Deco, there are numerous creations with elements of the plant world, sometimes more and less abstracted and occasionally filled with precious stones and pearls. The term "Flora" derives from the Latin name of the Roman goddess of flowers and youth.

Nice, unusual necklace. The design features handcrafted finely chased flowers and geographic patterns displayed on a rounded, square base. The jewel is to close with a spring ring, around 1920.
