Wonderful brooch from the late 19th century. It is composed from three big, oval, faceted amethyst stones; the central stone mounted vertical, the flanking stones horizontal. Fine prong settings. The rims are decorated with filigree spirals and spheres. Back side with needle closure. Created probably in Germany, dating: about 1880.
